In this radical re-imagining of F. Scott Fitzgerald's "The Great Gatsby," Daisy Buchanan and her childhood friend, the celebrity golfer Jordan Baker have had a long-time love affair. When Daisy's husband Tom discovers the two women together, they concoct a plan to distract his attention toward the con man, Jay Gatsby, who is obsessed with Daisy. The naïve Nick Carraway, who idolizes Gatsby, is caught in the crossfire, but refuses to see the truth: that Gatsby is a con man, that Daisy loves Jordan, and that Gatsby is a pathological liar. (a 90-minute stage-play for four actors).
